Tiffany Tibbot founded Spill The Tea Digital in May 2024, a boutique digital marketing agency specializing in performance marketing, paid media strategy, and customer growth. With over a decade of experience in New York City leading top-down eCommerce strategies for some of the most successful brands in Fashion and Beauty, Tiffany brings expertise from all sides of a digital business to every client.

Now based in the Hudson Valley, Tiffany partners remotely with ambitious small to medium-sized B2C eCommerce and service businesses focused on scaling in the United States and Canada. She works independently and manages each client with a concierge service that is tailored to meet specific business needs and goals.

A Note From Tiffany

Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. It’s taken me a long time to get here, too…so let’s do this together!

Let me share a little bit about my career. This is my second business, which I wanted to start many years ago. Like many people starting a business, I was afraid to dive in for fear of the unknown and failure. However, I have spent over a decade honing my skill set and developing the confidence and know-how to allow me to step up and assist businesses through my new consulting firm.

It’s been over eight years since I made the tough decision to close my first business, B. Side Swimwear (check out my portfolio). This was a true passion project that sought to change how women bought swimwear online. After two and half startup years, $110K+ investment raised, and $200K in revenue, our run-rate expired, and balancing fundraising and managing a business on my own became too much to continue.

I remind myself that if I could accomplish all of that in my mid-twenties, then indeed, after abundant experience and success over the past decade, I may have valuable knowledge to support someone else’s business dreams!

So here we are. It’s all about timing, right? I needed a little motivation, a big personal lifestyle change (oh, HEY, Hudson Valley), and the vision to scope what could be the most rewarding era of my career so far.

My mission is to help businesses like yours realize that you don’t need a six-figure advertising budget, a viral TikTok video, or an overpriced marketing agency to achieve your growth goals. All it takes is some digital ingenuity, a few growth-hacking tactics, an open mind to where your audience can be reached (and how), and lots of brand authenticity!

Experience

Tiffany Tibbot is a highly experienced 12+ year digital direct-to-consumer leader with a successful end-to-end performance resume across full-time and contracting positions. She has a data-driven approach to growing dynamic digital channels for omni-businesses throughout her career. Tiffany uses a consumer-focused tactical acquisition, retention, and UX (user experience) marketing mindset in all her work. Most importantly, she has exceptional leadership, mentor, and team-building skills in various digital structures and competencies. This combination of talent and experience led her to open her standalone digital marketing firm, Spill The Tea Digital, which will specialize in growing established to medium-sized businesses online.

Tiffany was born and raised in the suburbs of Seattle. She was awarded a Track & Field scholarship to study at the University of Notre Dame, where she graduated with a BA in Marketing and a Minor in French and International Business. After two wonderful internships at Tory Burch and Saks 5th Avenue in New York City, Tiffany moved to Manhattan after college and joined Juicy Couture as her first corporate job. There, she created an incredible foundation of merchandising that would propel her interest in the business side of her childhood passion: Fashion.

At the age of 24, she bravely decided to start her first business, B. Side Swimwear (check out my portfolio). In the two and half years of fundraising and startup operations, she was able to tap the alumni at Notre Dame and build her impressive network that would propel her career moves and future professional relationships. Finding herself with the motivation of managing an eCommerce business channel but still needing the full scope of digital marketing tactics experience, she decided to freelance in each specialty:

During this career period, she worked under inspiring management and founder-led teams. She quickly realized that bringing all these tactics together to grow an eCommerce businesses was what she wanted to focus on next. Tiffany started smaller, building a $500K eCommerce channel to $2 million a year, and quickly moved up her direction and responsibilities throughout the next five years of her career. With each new role cam new product offerings, demographics, localities (including international markets), operation infrastructure, and customer behaviors. All of which she learned to quickly adapt to in order to leave the businesses better than she found them and set them up for increasing scalability.

After these fantastic experiences, it was clear that fashion was no longer Tiffany’s primary passion. It has developed into helping any business succeed and grow online. Then, with a shift in the climate of e-retail and her interest in more experience directing diversely talented marketing teams and being a critical stakeholder in business growth, she took on two large Interim Senior Director contracts to set herself up for her new dream of creative her digital marketing firm, Spill The Tea Digital.
